Put customers in groups (Retailers, Distributors…) and each group gets its own prices, quantity tiers, minimums, payment and shipping methods, taxes and payment terms. Businesses apply for a trade account from your store, you approve them in one click, and they can order on account within their credit limit.
Every price is decided in one clear order, and the price checker shows each step for any group, product and quantity. A trade customer never pays more than the retail price.

Customer groups
- As many groups as you need, each with a general discount
- Prices shown with or without tax, or tax exempt
- Minimum order value, coupons on or off
- Payment methods and shipping methods per group
- Payment terms (net 30, net 60…) and a credit limit, also per customer
- Customers keep the normal customer role: nothing else in your store changes
Trade prices
- A group price per product and per variation
- Quantity tiers: a price per unit or a % off, from N units ("6 red + 6 blue" can count together)
- Category discounts per group, inherited by subcategories
- The retail price crossed out next to the trade price (or hidden), with a "Trade price" label
- A tier table on the product page that follows the chosen quantity
- Price checker: retail price, group price, tier, final price, step by step
- Import and export group prices in CSV (by SKU)
Who sees what
- Products and categories for everybody, only trade customers or only normal customers
- Hidden products leave the shop, search, product blocks, related products, the Store API and the sitemap
- Visitors who are not logged in can see everything, the store without prices ("Log in to see prices"), or nothing (private store)
- "Prices as…" in the admin bar: see the store as any group in one click
Trade account applications
- An application form (page, block or shortcode) with your own fields: text, choice lists, checkboxes and documents
- Documents are stored privately with random names and only shop managers can open them
- Spam protection without external services
- Approve into a group (the account is created and the customer gets a link to set the password) or reject with a reason they receive by email
- Optional automatic approval
Checkout
- Minimum quantities and pack sizes (sold in boxes of 6, 12…), checked in the cart and the block checkout
- Purchase order number: off, optional or required per group, saved in the order and the emails
- EU VAT numbers: format check and optional VIES check; no tax for trade customers from another EU country
- "Customer type" column and filter in the Orders list
- Products added to an order in the admin get the customer's trade price
Pay on account
- A "Pay on account" payment method for customers with payment terms (classic and block checkout)
- Each order opens an invoice with its due date; open invoices count against the credit limit
- Reminders before the due date and an overdue notice; overdue invoices stop new orders on account
- Mark invoices as paid, CSV export
- Customers see their credit and invoices in My Account
Fast ordering
- Quick order form: search by name or SKU, many lines at once with their trade prices, or paste a list of SKUs
- "Order again" for processing and completed orders
